Terminal Manager
DHE Transportation is seeking a highly motivated Terminal Manager. The ideal candidate will have the ability to maintain and develop relationships with our drivers, customer, and vendors, and be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The Terminal Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and Profit and Loss activity for the terminal.

Starting annual salary range is $100K - $115K
Background in Less-than-truckload required

Responsibilities
Manage and ensure facility and customer goals are met and/or exceeded
Manage / oversee all terminal functions to include dispatch, maintenance, and scheduling for timely deliveries and backhauls
Lead, guide and direct terminal employees to include setting targets/goals, monitoring performance, providing coaching, counseling and development
Establish and maintain solid customer relationships
Ensure safety, service and quality measures
Ensure that drivers are in compliance with federal, state and local regulations including Hours of Service
Review and approve weekly payroll and billing
Maintain a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of managing a facility
LTL Dispatch/Driver Supervisor experience
Bachelor's Degree in logistics or a related field is preferred
Engagement in managing and growing profitable facility revenue
Must have strong leadership skills including the ability to hire, coach, counsel, train, and mentor employees
High aptitude for technology
The ability to multi-task while being detail-oriented
Flexibility to work varying shifts as business levels increase
