Seeking qualified and experienced General Manager to run an efficient, fully staffed, profitable commercial truck dealership & service department through productive staff, customer retention/conquest, cost controls, achievement of objectives and sales growth goals. Former Positions Held: Director, General Manager, VP, COO, Operations Executive.

Salary + Commission, $140k - $200k+ (based on experience & performance)

Hours: M-F 7:30am – 5:30pm, Saturday morning when needed
Responsibilities:
Run and manage all aspects of dealership pillars with hands on approach(Truck Sales, Lease/Rental, Service, Parts)
Management and Coaching of personnel(20-25 employees)
Complete store profit & loss responsibilities including expense control, GP and attainment of sales goals and bottom-line results.
Profitability goals.
Responsible for recruiting, hiring, onboarding & developing employees.
Maintain superior customer service through dealership top-notch culture
Getting vehciles in service shop and out in timely manner
Follow up
Monthly Sales growth goals through local customer relationships
Factory KPI’s, Customer service surveys
Parts inventory management & purchases, Service technician’s efficiency/productive % and warranty
Maintain building facilities & safe environment
Asset & inventory control.(equipment, tools, company vehicles)
Territory: Goleta to Paso Robles, Grow market share results in truck, parts & service, lease/rental

Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, required. College degree, preferred.
Management Experience, 5+ years required
Operations Experience, 5+
Sales experience & Customer service expertise, 5+ years required
Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong computer skills, Knowledge of ADP/CDK, preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of automotive experience, preferred
Expert communication ability & phone skills
Strong organization skills
Understanding of inventory control & asset management
Ability to overcome challenges and find solutions
