Are you a Truck Driver with a Refrigerated Reefer 53’ Trailer?
Are you interested in delivering pallet loads on a short route from Oakland to San Leandro?
Are you interested in being your own boss and making good money?
While we might have differing opinions on what good or great is, we definitely have an opportunity for any drivers looking to deliver great service for a great company.
Who are we? We are a Logistics Company who’s partnered with an online farming company looking for both lean operating delivery companies or independent contractors who are able to deliver for a route between Oakland and San Leandro.
As a driver, you would need to be able to provide a few key things to ensure you are a good fit to work with us and if you would like to be considered a driver.
The rate is going to be for work completed Monday thru Friday. We are looking for Independent Contractors who are willing to complete quality work and get a rate that works well. This is suited for those who want consistent close work with a stable route. Get paid with consistent work with an average daily drop of 3 trips daily. Roughly a 7a- 4pm window to complete these drops. You are going to need to be able to use both an electric and manual pallet jack, along with loading and unloading the truck for this gig. This contract is going to be a physical one yet the distances are fairly short with roughly 20 - 30 miles between hubs and close freeway access from at least one of the locations.
We are interested in finding a long-term solution as the contract is expected to be long term.

Here are some important things to note:
- Must be 21 Years or Older
- Must have a Valid License, Registration, and Insurance
- Must be comfortable lifting up to 50-75 lbs
- Must be comfortable driving consistently and getting in and out of the vehicle to load and unload drops
- Must be able to drive the Safely
- MUST HAVE A 53’ Refrigerated Trailer 100% required
- Good Customer service
- Able to Communicate well with others even if mostly working independently.
