I am looking for a skilled installer and helper to install subcontracted window and doors in residential homes. These are mostly insert or retrofit installs but are more time consuming than vinyl windows. New construction installs sometimes.
Must have truck, tools and knowledge of construction, window and door installation, power tools, weather proofing. You must be able to do clean finish caulking with exterior grade caulking, not just water based interior caulking.
Must be able to lift 75+ pounds consistently and work from ladders and scaffolding.
Must have the ability to work alone, be reliable, work until the job is done and have excellent customer service skills. Be able to use an IPad, fill in paperwork and add pictures. Excellent communication and reliability.
Please include your experience with window and door installations when you respond. There will be an initial training period for everyone to familiarize with our product, techniques and expectations. It will be slow to start but could be a full time position once you are proficient with our system.
