MightyMite Termite Services is looking for Termite Branch III Applicators Wanted for a fast growing business – Come join the team!
We are a growing bay area termite company looking to expand our team in order to handle an increase in business. Our mission is to provide our clients with quality service, integrity, fair pricing and innovation in treatment options. We are willing to train for this position. Candidates must be comfortable working in areas such as attics and subareas of residential homes.
Potential candidates will be expected to display the following characteristics:
Excellent Work Ethic.
Punctual and professional in appearance and demeanor while interacting with the clients and coworkers.
Clearly educates and demonstrates current industry treatment solutions to customers.
Manages time well and can adjust to a fast paced and changing environment.
Maintain effective results by adhering to company standards.
Candidate must:
Have a clean driving record.
Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Communicate and work well with others.
Plusses:
Current Branch III Applicator’s license. If you have a Field Rep license and can work on application crews that is a huge plus.
Carpentry or construction experience.
Experience with pesticide application methods.
Compensation:
Hourly wages depending on experience and licensing, starting at $21/hr.
Once the 60-day probation period has passed, and application licensing has been obtained, an immediate pay bump
All licensing exams and background checks will be paid for by the company.
Benefits:
