Duties
Oversee daily operations of the service department to ensure high-quality customer service.
Manage team performance through effective coaching, training, and development.
Implement budgeting strategies to optimize departmental resources and expenses.
Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and make informed pricing decisions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure timely processing for all team members.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly while maintaining phone etiquette.
Monitor market trends to identify opportunities for service improvements and competitive pricing.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum 2 yrs Dealer Service Management experience
Previous Chevrolet/GM experience preferred but not required
Proven CSI track record
Reynolds & Reynolds system experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
