Lead Gardener – What You’ll Do:
Maintain high-end gardens with precision & artistry
Fine pruning, seasonal planting, detailed plant care
Identify & treat plant health issues (pests, disease, nutrient deficiencies)
Guide and support the gardening team
Recommend garden improvements & enhancements
Install, repair, and troubleshoot irrigation systems
Troubleshoot low-voltage lighting
Use Google Workspace & Jobber to stay organized
Lead Gardener Requirements:
3+ years hands-on residential garden maintenance (Bay Area experience preferred)
Strong horticultural knowledge, soil health expertise, seasonal care skills
Proven irrigation installation & troubleshooting experience
Organized, detail-oriented, great communicator
Spanish + English speaking a strong plus
Driver’s license + clean driving record
Gardener – What You’ll Do:
-Garden maintenance: pruning, weeding, seasonal planting
-Support the lead gardener in plant care
-Learn to identify plant health issues and solutions
-Use digital tools to track schedules & work notes
Gardener Requirements:
-1 year residential garden maintenance preferred (not required — we’ll train you!)
-Love working outdoors & with plants
-Reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn
-Driver’s license + clean driving record
