We are looking for a journeyman carpenter to work for a family owned real estate company located in Burlingame. We own several high end residential apartment buildings throughout the Bay Area (San Mateo, San Francisco and Oakland). We are looking for a skilled candidate to do various construction projects including remodeling apartments down to the studs, some framing work and installation of new cabinetry. Candidate should have experience in all facets of construction. Prior experience is a MUST. Must be able to work well with others and have a clean and valid drivers license. Please understand we want a candidate who does NOT cut corners on their work. High quality work is of utmost importance.
Salary is based on skill level.
