Company Description

Resilient Builders Inc. is a Northern California-based general contracting firm with over 40 years of expertise in full-scope construction, including wood framing, site development, and complex infrastructure projects. We specialize in commercial, multi-family, and high-end residential builds, with an expanding portfolio in petroleum facility construction—fuel stations, underground storage tank systems (USTs), and car wash integrations.

Our team is known for delivering precision-driven craftsmanship, maintaining strict safety standards, and executing projects on time and within budget. Resilient Builders is committed to excellence in construction management, and we embrace a collaborative, solutions-first approach that prioritizes environmental compliance, long-term durability, and operational efficiency—especially on technically complex jobs like fueling systems and gas station construction.

We work closely with petroleum engineers, tank installers, and city inspectors to ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. From excavation and UDC trenching to fuel system inspections and vapor recovery systems, our team delivers turnkey results with professionalism and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing fueling system projects, coordinating underground utility work, and leading teams across multiple trades. Strong knowledge of environmental health and safety (EHS), CalEPA UST compliance, and local permitting processes is essential.

Maintain safety protocols and OSHA compliance across all site operations

Manage construction schedules, daily logs, and inspection coordination

Interpret technical drawings, fuel system schematics, and shop drawings

Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and clients

Lead site meetings, manage RFIs and change orders, and ensure timely material deliveries

Monitor project budgets and help reduce waste, rework, and downtime

Provide quality control and final sign-offs for each critical milestone

Qualifications

5+ years of field leadership in commercial construction or petroleum/fuel system installation

Experience with UST/AST installs, dispenser systems, fuel piping, and vapor recovery

Knowledge of construction safety standards and environmental compliance regulations

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and technical documentation

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Familiarity with CUPA, API, NFPA 30, and CA Title 23 requirements preferred
