Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Pool Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a great positive attitude and customer service skills. Mechanical knowledge and experience in pool maintenance is a plus but not required. We provide on-the-job training to the right candidate to ensure that our clients' pools are clean, safe, and functioning optimally. As a Pool Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and cleaning services for residential pools.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular pool maintenance, including water testing and chemical balancing.
Perform pool cleaning tasks such as skimming and brushing surfaces.
Inspect pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for equipment maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to pool systems and recommend appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and communicate with clients regarding their pool needs.
Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all duties.
Requirements
Familiarity with various hand tools and power tools used in pool servicing.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
Clean driving records is a must.
Experience in pool maintenance or as a service technician is a plus.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
