Route Technician – Pest Control
Location: Serving Sonoma, Napa, Marin, and San Francisco Counties

We're currently seeking a motivated and dependable Route Technician to join our team and manage a residential route across several Bay Area counties.
Position Summary:
As a Route Technician, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our residential and commercial customers. This is a full-time role with growth potential—advancement opportunities are available upon obtaining a Field Representative license.
Key Responsibilities:
Service and maintain assigned residential and commercial accounts
Keep company-issued vehicle and equipment stocked and in working order
Inspect, report, and replace damaged monitoring and bait stations as needed
Set and service snap traps in accordance with company procedures
Identify and communicate new sales leads or service opportunities
Stay current on licensing requirements, including CEU hours
Be available for weekend work when required
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Applicator or Field Representative license (required)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
At least one year of relevant experience
Physically able to:
Lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
Walk for extended periods, kneel, crouch, and reach
Safely use a 6-ft ladder
Comfortable wearing required PPE (e.g., gloves, respirator, safety glasses)
Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
