Part-Time Building Maintenance Technician for Apartment Portfolio
Family-Owned Apartment Management Company is hiring a part-time Maintenance & Cleaning Person to work afternoons to evenings. For the right person, this job offers flexibility and good compensation. General contracting, maintenance and/or plumbing experience would be very helpful. Must have your own vehicle.
This person will need to provide maintenance, show apartments in evenings and weekends, and clean apartment buildings in San Francisco. The maintenance work is very minor such as light painting, hanging curtain rods, patch up holes in walls, run ethernet cables, and clear clogged drains and sinks. WE DO NOT WANT a “manager” type that will need to call a vendor to do the actual work. We want the actual general contractor or plumber type that will do the actual work.
Requirements:
2-4 years of related experience in general contracting, plumbing, and/or maintenance.
Must know how to use email and calendars like Google or iPhone.
Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
Must have professional references that you can verify your past experience.
Must be able to lift 30-50lbs periodically.
Clean DMV driving record.
Schedule: Monday-Saturday: 3pm to 7pm (24 hours per week)
Compensation: $3000 per month salary; gas will be reimbursed.
