AFS (Affordable Facility Solutions) is looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. This is a great opportunity for someone with general experience in repairs and maintenance who enjoys working with their hands. A contractor's license is not required, but you must have solid working knowledge and be in good physical condition.
Position Details
Full-Time with some overtime
Must be available to work Saturdays
Company vehicle provided
All tools supplied
Work based out of San Jose, CA 95136
Job Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks including light plumbing, basic electrical, drywall patching, painting, fence repair, pressure washing, and more
Travel to various job sites throughout the area
Keep a clean and organized workspace
Troubleshoot and complete jobs efficiently and professionally
Work independently or with a small team
Requirements
Experience in handyman or general maintenance work
Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must be in good physical condition and able to lift 50+ lbs
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
Must be dependable, punctual, and available Saturdays
Professional attitude and good communication skills
