I'm a general contractor and have a fast growing buisness. I am a high end remodeling contractor and I'm looking for an experienced builder living in Oakland (or close) that can run projects. Applicants should have:
- at least 5 years of experience in construction
- at least 3 years of experience framing
- at least some experience manageing crews of at least 3 people
- a truck and tools
- ability to work legally
- live in Oakland or very close (having a local employee is important to me for several reasons)
