We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Concrete Subcontractor to join our team. This role requires expertise in all aspects of concrete work, supervision, and knowledge of local permitting processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform and oversee concrete projects, including formwork, pouring, finishing, and repairs.
Supervise a team of laborers and ensure safety standards are met on-site.
Manage all aspects of the permitting process, including applications, inspections, and compliance with local regulations.
Coordinate with general contractors and project stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications:
C-8 license
Must hold valid licensing required to operate as a concrete contractor in California.
Proven experience in concrete construction, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and permitting requirements.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to provide and manage your own tools and equipment is preferred.
