Urban West is a growing construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects, from custom builds to major renovations. As we continue to expand, we're seeking an experienced foreman/superintendent or experienced versatile carpenter with a minimum of five years of experience in California Residential condominium or single-family construction—someone ready to take the next step into a foreman or leadership role.
We need a highly organized and motivated individual who can oversee multiple job sites simultaneously, manage crews, keep projects on schedule and perform hands-on carpentry work as needed.
In this leadership role you'll be responsible for ensuring safety and code compliance, quality work, maintaining efficiency, and problem-solving across various projects.We prefer applicants within a 1 hour radius of San Francisco.
Competitive salary based on experience with the opportunity for performance bonuses.
We’re also open to working with seasoned contractors who own their own business and may be considering transitioning out by selling their book of business while continuing to work with us on a part-time basis if desired.
