Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Foreman to lead crews in the field with a strong background in irrigation, planting, turf (artificial and natural), and low voltage lighting installation. This role requires hands-on technical skills combined with the ability to manage and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results for our clients. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, committed to superior customer service, and willing to lead by example.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a crew in performing landscape maintenance and enhancement tasks.

Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems.

Oversee installation of artificial turf, ensuring proper grading, base preparation, and finishing.

Direct planting projects, including layout, soil preparation, and proper installation techniques.

Train and mentor crew members to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to company standards.

Monitor job progress and adjust workflow to meet deadlines and budgets.

Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring crew compliance with company safety policies.

Communicate effectively with clients and managers regarding project status, site issues, and recommendations.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of landscape maintenance and installation experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/foreman role.

Proven expertise in irrigation systems, turf installation, and planting techniques.

Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and train crew members.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Ability to read plans and details a plus.
