Schank Builders is a family run construction firm specializing in commercial and residential projects. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled journeyman carpenter to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all aspects of our carpentry scope, rough framing to finish.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a proven track record of being a part of a successful commercial and/or residential team.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, as well as building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Read and understand plans.
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
OSHA 10-Hour Certification.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
