Job Title: Sub-Regional Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
Oversee daily repair and maintenance operations across multiple locations.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve machine-related issues efficiently.
Ensure all equipment operates optimally to maintain customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory, organize spare parts, and handle ordering.
Perform other duties as assigned, such as sales and customer service support.
Commit to a 40-hour work week, with availability on weekends, nights, and holidays as needed.
Requirements:
Must have:
Proven experience in maintenance, repair, or a similar technical role.
Technical background with expertise in mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems.
General knowledge of plumbing (PVC & copper) and electrical systems (low voltage, 208V, 480V).
Fluent in English.
Reliable and honest, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Willingness to "get your hands dirty."
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and processes.
Ambitious and flexible, with the ability to grow into a management role.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Work authorization in the U.S.
Ability to pass background checks and DMV checks.
Helpful to have:
Engineering background.
Ability to speak and read Chinese.
Willingness to travel out of state.
