We are looking for someone who understands refrigeration extermely well and can demonstrate their ability. Knowledge and experience of ice-making machines and ice cream machines.
Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mobile soft-serve, freezer, and ice-making equipment.
Disassemble, clean, test, and reassemble machinery as needed.
Maintain parts inventory, service logs, and documentation.
Follow safety protocols and refrigerant regulations (EPA Section 608).
Provide on-call support and flexible scheduling when required.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or trade school in HVAC/R or refrigeration a plus.
EPA Section 608 certification (Type II or Universal) required.
Minimum 1–3 years of refrigeration or HVAC maintenance experience, ideally with food service or mobile equipment.
Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use tools and read technical instructions.
Excellent attention to detail, good communication, and ability to work independently.
