We are seeking an HVAC SERVICE MANAGER to help run our Santa Clara branch. This position takes ownership of the SERVICE Department and reports to the CEO.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a safe and clean work environment
Assist with the diagnostic nd repair of all HVAC equipment
Furnish tools, materials and supplies to service technicians
Perform routine job-walks
Order all equipment and supplies
Provide clients with estimates/quotes
Maintain good communication with the customers
Conduct interviews & assist with new-hire onboarding
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years as a HVAC Service Manager/Supervisor
Familiarity with HVAC systems (heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, package units, FAU's, furnaces & split systems)
Experience managing a team(s)
Ability to use computer software
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Highly organized and responsive to calls, text & emails
