We are looking for HVAC Technicians to join our team at Roy Mechanical! You will help install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems, primarily commercial, across the Sonoma, Marin, Napa and Lake county region. As our business continues to grow we need to expand our team to accommodate the large number of jobs we've undertaken. We are currently looking for both new and experienced journeyman. Our baseline pay starts at $20 an hour going upward from there based on previous experience and skill. For those looking to get into HVAC for the first time we have very high level technicians and training plans in place that can help you learn everything you need to get settled into the field. Responsibilities:
Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Qualifications:
We are hiring both apprentice and experienced technicians so the qualifications and pay will differ between roles
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Works well with others and with deadlines
Preferred previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
Preferred familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
