What We’re Looking For:
At least 10 years in the trades—you’ve worn the tool belt for at least 5-7 yrs and know what it takes on-site (No paper GC needed)
Ability to read and execute plans with precision & pull permits
No ego, just results (confidence okay, bravado no go) Walk Softly Carry a Big Stick
