The Facilities Manager for this job is a versatilecaregiver, responsible for maintaining a safe and supportive enviroment for our parishioners, students and faculty.This parttime role will be working under the guidance of the pastor and the maintenance committee.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES:
- Must be proficient in plumbing repairs, electrical, HVAC systems and carpentry.
Swift response to maintenance requests and emergencies
-Preserve the beauty of the Parish and school grounds
-Foster collaborative relationships with vendors and work well with parish volunteers
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to lift 40 lbs and criminal checks
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings or weekends as needed.
Background and criminal checks.
Valid Drivers License with ability to operate school vehicles.
