Responsibilities:
Measure, cut, and install tiles with precision and attention to detail.
Ensure all work meets TileImpact's high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
Collaborate with the team to maintain safety and efficiency on all job sites.
Follow project plans and instructions while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Tile Setter in commercial or residential projects.
Valid Driver’s License
Reliable Transportation
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
