Job includes:
Full time employment. You will be entering tight crawl spaces under homes and installing earthquake brackets. You will be under homes in often times dusty, muddy, insulation filled crawl spaces. This can be a dirty and difficult job.
Must have:
Crawl space experience
General knowledge on tool use, such as, circular saws, impact drills, and hammer drills.
Hand tools are required.
Preferably 1 year minimum experience in general construction.
Transportation to and from job locations. Car or truck needed. Mileage will be paid. Jobs will be in the general Bay Area.
Must be on time and reliable.
Honesty and integrity in your work.
