About Us
We’re a modern property management team that works exclusively with high-quality, owner-occupied homes—no rentals, no tenants. We’re growing and looking for another skilled handyman to join our crew. You’ll get consistent, well-scoped work without chasing leads or negotiating prices.
The Work
You’ll handle 20–40 hours/week as a 1099 contractor. Set your own schedule—we batch jobs around your availability and handle all the homeowner coordination and materials, so you can focus on doing great work.
Common Tasks
General maintenance: filters, smoke/CO tests, door lube, re-grouting, etc.
Light repairs: drywall, paint touchups, mounting, door/cabinet tweaks, caulking.
Minor electrical & plumbing: install light fixtures/switches, swap faucets, fix slow drains.
One-offs: hang holiday lights, fill tires, collect mail while clients travel.

Strong attention to detail and clean, professional finishes.
Your own vehicle and a solid tool setup.
Clear, friendly communication via text/app.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
