Employment Type: Full-Time

Position: Lead Remodel Carpenter

Key Skills Required:

Framing: Layout walls, install framing for windows, doors.

Plumbing: Rough-in copper, drains through final trim out; fixture installation.

Electrical: Basic wiring, appliance installations.

Drywall: Hang, tape, mud, and texture.

Painting: Interior spraying, rolling, and brushing.

Finish Carpentry: Trim work, cabinetry (builds, installations).

Qualifications:

Minimum 6 years of residential remodel experience

Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented

Clean, current driver’s license

Physically able to lift and carry

Excellent communication skills (English preferred )

Understanding of current building codes

Proven ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality

Team player with strong problem-solving skills and leadership mentality

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage job sites from start to finish

Supervise and support team members and subcontractors

Coordinate and manage inspections
