As we expand, we are seeking a skilled Project Manager/Estimator with strong framing background and a keen eye for quality.

Responsibilities:

1. General: Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.

2. Quality Control: Make sure all work done by our crews and subcontractors meets our quality standards

3. Estimating: Prepare accurate cost estimates and project timelines.

4. Collaboration: Work with clients, designers, crew, and subcontractors to ensure project success.

5. Cost Control: Monitor and control project budgets & schedules

6. Scheduling: Coordinate project teams and allocate resources effectively.

7. Observation: Conduct regular site visits to monitor/facilitate progress, compliance with safety, and work quality.

8. Communication: Provide clear communication and updates to Management and Clients.

Requirements:

1. Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial construction methods and codes.

2. Field experience in the construction industry.

3. Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contract documents.

4. Capable of preparing letters, spreadsheets, emails, etc.

5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

7. Bilingual - Ability to communicate in Spanish and English

8. Construction Management training is preferred.

9. Clean CA Driver's License

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
