Testorff Construction Inc is hiring! We are looking for a Construction Laborer: Hauling and site clean up. In order for you to qualify for this position you must have prior experience driving a truck and towing a trailer that's at least 16 feet long - this is a non-negotiable! You will be driving to multiple jobsites each day towing one of our trailers - providing cleanup to the sites and then taking the trailer loads to offload at the dump. You will be loading the trailer with debris from the jobsites and as such need to be able to lift and carry up to 80 pounds, be able to stand and walk up to 8 hours a day and climb stairs while carrying material. You will also provide some assitance on site with other jobs such as: digging trenches, delivering material, helping with installation of appliances and assisting crew members as needed.
Must have a valid California driver's license and be fluent in english. Ability to listen, understand and follow directions. Ability to remain flexible as assignments change and move from one site to the next promptly. This job relies heavily on personal responsibility, time management and organization skills (paperwork, receipts, etc). We offer competetive pay, health insurance, a 401k plan and profit sharing.
