Job Summary
We are currently looking for well-rounded skilled and experienced commercial renovation specialist/workers (not management or contractors) You must be able to work with a team and be a good team member. We are looking for applicants with strong renovation backgrounds, self-motivated, must be detail oriented and can do a wide variety of trades. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
We are general contracting firm that does a wide array of commercial, state and federal work. you must be experienced, honest, timely and must pay attention to detail.
Some of the examples of work will include- framing (both steel and wood), window and door installation, LVT, laminate and other types of flooring installation, drywall, mud and texture, plumbing, electrical and painting etc.
Experience, Valid driver’s license, social security card, reliable transportation, a smartphone, and their own tools are required.
