Remodeling General Contractor in San Francisco hiring for a Journeyman to Lead level carpenter for our projects in the Northern Peninsula, San Francisco, and Southern Marin County. Also looking for Junior Carpenters.
We do foundation to finish work for a broad range of mid to high level residential and commercial clients. We specialize in remodeling and additions.
Your resume should highlight any skills and/or experience in the following areas:
Communication skills (English, Spanish, any other languages or ability to translate)
Read architectural and structural plans.
Framing (layout, production, finish)
Forms work.
Materials management (calculating, documenting, ordering, related)
Finish Carpentry and cabinet install.
Door and window installations (and any/all exterior trim out & waterproofing)
Any other related trade work experience: Electrical, plumbing, concrete finishing, tile, paint, sheetrock & finish, cabinet work and/or custom mill work, stucco.
All employees must be legally able to work in the US.
Candidates should have a minimum of 4+ years generalist experience and at least 2+ years for junior positions.
Must have basic hand, measuring, and power tools and reliable transportation. Candidates should be able to pass a criminal background test, be able to lift in excess of 60 pounds, and work safely at heights of 20' or more on occasion. We provide a safe working, drug free and smoke free workplace.
