Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct routine inspections of the IDC data center, including monitoring physical environment conditions (temperature, humidity, and safety), air conditioning, power supply, network equipment, and servers. Report and track issues found during inspections.
2. Handle equipment installation, removal, power-on testing, and configuration changes.
3. Perform cabling for IDC customer connections (fiber optics, network cables) following IDC structured cabling standards.
4. Assist IDC network support engineers in troubleshooting network issues.
5. Manage incoming and outgoing IDC customer equipment and other materials, maintaining accurate inventory records in the IDC warehouse.
6. Regularly audit data center resources and verify installed equipment in server racks.
Job Requirements:
1. Associate degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field (no prior work experience required).
2. Prior experience in data center operations and maintenance is preferred.
3. Basic understanding of server and switch hardware.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.
5. Quick learner with excellent execution and problem-solving abilities, and a strong customer service mindset.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, and dedicated to work.
7. Chinese proficiency a plus

Work Schedule: Shift-based (25-30 hours per week during the probation period)
