We convert existing heavy equipment into teleoperated autonomous robots. Operators use a VR headset to connect to remote fleets of machines from the safety and convenience of their home, office, or on-site control center. Task-level AI agents allow a single operator to effectively control multiple machines simultaneously, improving the productivity and efficiency of the workforce while reducing the skill required to operate heavy equipment.
We are expanding our Heavy Equipment Robot Technician team as we ramp up testing and product development. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Technician to join our team near our Petaluma, CA test site (North Bay). As a Heavy Equipment Robot Technician, you will supervise and assist with the testing and development of next-generation mining and construction technologies.

## Responsibilities
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Maintain a flexible work schedule
- Follow specific instructions for troubleshooting and repair tasks to execute from the remote team
- Repair and maintain equipment as needed (with assistance from the remote team)
- Setup and monitor equipment for demos
- Assist the remote teams in conducting product testing
## Requirements
- Must be located in the North Bay area of California
- Able to drive and willing to commute to Petaluma
- Punctual and reliable
- Flexibility with work schedule
- Ability to coordinate with the remote team and follow specific instructions
- Handy and able to assemble and wire basic electrical components
- Basic computer proficiency, can follow instructions from the remote team and execute them on a computer.
## Nice-to-Haves
- Experience operating a skid steer or other construction/farm equipment.
## Salary
- The wage for this position is $19.00 - $27.00 per hour. Final salary will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
