You will be working on a diverse range of equipment including guitar electronics, guitar amps (both solid and tube), reel-to-reels, keyboards, pro audio gear, guitar pedals and more. If you have extensive experience and meet our stringent requirements, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Required:
Vast knowledge of all backline gear, including guitars, amps (both tube and solid-state), keyboards, guitar pedals and more.
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing guitar pedals and a variety of audio equipment.
Flexible work schedule (with the ability to work from home part time, if you have all of the proper equipment for diagnosing / testing electronics)
Strong work ethic, groovy attitude, and ability to work well as part of a team
Excellent time management skills and punctuality (This work does require hard deadlines to be met without compromise.)
Responsibilities Include:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vintage and modern amplifiers (e.g., Fender, Marshall, Vox, Bogner, and the hundreds of other amp brands)
Repair vintage tube hi-fi power amps
Guitar pedals
Repair solid-state circuits
Accurately read schematics
Wire guitar electronics
Having your own tools is a plus but NOT required
Interface with customers when needed
