This is a full-time or part-time position, with a flexible schedule of 24 to 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM. We encourage students with an interest in computer science, information technology, or computer hardware to consider this opportunity and apply!
Responsibilities:
Basic and custom desktop, laptop, or server hardware assembly
Manage the installation of operating systems or 3rd party software
Ensure the safe and secure packaging of computer hardware for shipment
Receive and sign for deliveries, as well as manage inventory items
Perform various warehouse, office, or shipping-related tasks as required
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail is essential
Ability to work within a highly functional team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with Windows OS (Client/Server) is a plus
Ability to create and manage comprehensive documentation
Proven ability to work independently and seek assistance when necessary
Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
Physical Demands:
This position requires frequent movement, including standing, walking, and sitting for up to 8 hours per day
Reaching with hands and arms to handle objects and equipment is frequently required
Required to frequently lift and transport items weighing up to 40 pounds, including the ability to move these items up and down stairs. For weights exceeding this limit, assistance will be provided
