We are a growing technology company focused on bettering the digital lives of our customers in the Bay Area.
We specialize in Apple device support and WiFi network installations.
We'd love to bring on an energetic team member who enjoys working with people and teaching them about their devices. Many of our clients are elders so patience is a must. :)
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years working hands-on with Apple devices, including:
- macOS
- iPhone
- iPad
- iCloud
Additionally, experience with the following would be great (but not mandatory):
- mesh WiFi installations such as eero
- doing sales/consulting to help people find the right solution for their needs
- Adobe Suite
- Apple hardware repairs
- PC/Windows knowledge
