The Shop Petaluma is hiring experienced hair stylists and/or barbers. We offer built in clientele, high pay and a Shop sponsored health care plan for full time employees. We work in a laid back, but professional atmosphere that attracts friendly and generous clientele.
What we look for in a stylist or barber:
- a passion for doing hair
- a well rounded skill set
- ability to work in a team
- outgoing and friendly personality
- weekend availability
Stylists new to our Shop have immediate clientele so we look for experienced stylists / barbers who are comfortable being in a busy environment.

- guaranteed base pay ($22 / hour) plus bonuses (which can double the base pay), benefits and of course tips
