Join our vibrant team as an Eyelash Extension Artist in a serene and picturesque studio setting. We are seeking talented individuals with a current California Esthetician or Cosmetology license, with 1+ years of experience in lash extensions. We are open to providing training for the right candidates to enhance their skills further.
At our studio, you have the opportunity to thrive financially with multiple pay options that suit your preferences:
- Be your own boss, manage your supplies, pay rent, and retain 100% of your earnings from services provided for your cherished clientele.
- Alternatively, we can supply the necessary tools, cover your rent, enabling you to earn a competitive 40% commission on services initially, with potential growth to 50% and 60% over six months.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed consultations to understand and meet client preferences.
- Take before and after photos
- Apply eyelash extension and lift services with precision and care.
- Uphold exceptional customer service standards and ensure client satisfaction.
- Educate clients on proper aftercare for eyelash extensions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Assistant/Studio Manager Position:
Are you the organized, creative mind we need to assist in studio operations? As our Assistant/Studio Manager, you'll engage in a variety of tasks from client care to support. all in a supportive and enriching environment.
As our Assistant/Studio Manager, you'll play a key role towards client care and operational support. You'll assist in various tasks, ensuring that our clients, who are mostly all very chill, and happy, in the best part of their day. We offer negotiable hours and compensation packages tailored to your skills and dedication.
Responsibilities will include:
- Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments
- Creating and sending marketing emails
- Checking clients in and out
- Learning about the Image skincare line and aiding in product sales with a 10% commission
- Opening or closing the studio
- Maintaining studio cleanliness
- Handling laundry duties
- Taking photos for social media/google/yelp
In-Studio Benefits:
- Starting rate of $20 per hour base pay, coupled with a 10% commission on product sales and a $300 monthly service credit.
- Post three months, performance reviews will lead to hourly wage increases.
Off-Site Opportunities
- Remote call answering via Google Voice with bonuses for appointments scheduled.
Desired Skills:
- Great at taking photos for social media to boost service visibility and attract new clients.
- Ability to upsell additional services and products effectively.
- Familiarity with salon software for appointment scheduling and client management. (Vagaro is a +)
- Strong sales acumen to articulate the value of services and products.
- Willingness to learn and share evolving beauty trends and styles.
