About Us:
Bamboo Nails is a clean, luxury nail and beauty studio focused on natural nail health and exceptional guest care. We’re connected to Bamboo Spa, our massage and wellness space upstairs, and we’re seeking a hands-on front desk manager to take the lead at Bamboo Nails while supporting overall spa operations.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong hospitality instincts who’s ready to lead from the front and grow with a small, values-driven business.
Your Role:
You’ll manage front desk operations at Bamboo Nails and assist with coordination at Bamboo Spa. From schedules and client flow to staff support and day-to-day logistics, you’ll be a key player in keeping both spaces running smoothly.
Duties Include:
Warmly greet and check in guests
Lead front desk team: scheduling, training, accountability
Oversee accurate bookings and calendar on Booker POS software
Track payroll hours, reconcile tips, manage cash/check procedures
Coordinate scheduling between nail and massage providers
Support with vendor orders, inventory, and operational checklists
Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and care
Assist ownership with special projects and process improvements
Who You Are:
Experienced in salon/spa, beauty, or hospitality settings
Organized, calm under pressure, and great with people
Familiar with booking software or open to learning new platforms
Comfortable giving direction and stepping into a leadership role
Available weekends + 2–4 additional shifts per week
Passionate about wellness, clean beauty, and team dynamics
Compensation & Perks:
$25–$30/hr depending on experience
Bi-weekly pay through Gusto
Flexible schedule (weekends required)
