Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic, passionate part-time Fitness Coaches to join our team. This role is perfect for those who love to motivate others, enjoy working within a supportive team, and are eager to be part of a mission-driven gym. Whether you're guiding a group class or providing one-on-one training, you'll play a crucial role in our members' fitness journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

-Conduct group fitness classes with enthusiasm and professionalism.

-Offer personal training sessions tailored to individual member needs (optional, based on qualifications).

-Engage with members to build a positive, supportive community environment.

-Participate in professional development opportunities, including our paid internship program.

-Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the member experience.

Qualifications:

-High energy and a positive attitude, with a genuine desire to help others succeed.

-Availability for 7-10 hours per week, including early mornings, midday, evenings, and weekends.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

-Eagerness to learn and grow within the fitness industry.

-Ready to participate in our paid onboarding/internship.

-Personal training or group fitness certification is a plus but not required for internship (will be required upon hiring).

-Experience in weightlifting, gymnastics, or CrossFit is needed.
