Sierra Cybernetics is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work for us at our government client’s site in downtown San Francisco.
You will be responsible for the conversion of Judicial Council forms that were developed in OmniForm and are currently maintained as AcroForms to LiveCycle/AEM and the creation, modification, quality control and testing of Judicial Council forms.
You must have experience and proficiency in using Adobe LiveCycle/AEM to create and modify forms, including quality control and testing.
This assignment is expected to last 1 – 2 years or more.
Minimum Job-Specific Skills/Qualifications Required (in order of relative importance):
3+ years of extensive experience with Adobe LiveCycle/Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Forms Designer, creating and editing forms for use as fillable PDFs.
3+ years of experience with principles and techniques of analyzing and documenting all product life cycle artifacts such as: functional requirements, business cases, project charters, communication plans, test plans, detailed functional specifications
Experience with business systems with multiple modules and business functional areas
Experience with Integrated system quality assurance methodologies
Analysis skills experienced across the complete project lifecycle
Strong communications skills, having the ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and staff in various disciplines
Listening and problems-solving skills
Experience with developing and presenting technical training materials to users
Experience with analysis and troubleshooting
Extensive customer service focus
Additional Skills/Qualifications Desired:
5+ years of experience in private as well as public sector entities, preferably in state government
