Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate at Textures, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining the store’s aesthetic, and supporting the team with various tasks. You’ll be the face of our store, ensuring that every customer has an enjoyable and memorable shopping experience. Whether you’re greeting customers, organizing merchandise, or helping with sales, your energy and enthusiasm will help bring the store to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring they feel welcome and valued.
Assist customers in finding products that suit their needs, offering helpful recommendations and providing great customer service.
Maintain the store’s organization, ensuring shelves and displays are neat, stocked, and visually appealing.
Process sales transactions using our POS system, handling cash and credit payments accurately.
Restock and organize merchandise, ensuring it is properly tagged and placed according to store standards.
Participate in store events, promotions, and other activities to enhance the customer shopping experience.
Help with inventory management and stock organization.
Ensure the store is clean and tidy, including cleaning floors, windows, and display areas.
Be flexible with work hours, including weekends and some evenings.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Ideal Candidate:
No fashion experience required—we are looking for someone with a strong motivation to work and a willingness to learn.
