The Opportunity -
We’re seeking a motivated and personable Sales Representative to help expand our customer base and build lasting relationships with property managers, homeowners, and business owners. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on connecting with people, understands the value of great service, and wants to grow with a startup from the ground up.
What You'll Do -
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and residential sectors
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients
Promote our full range of property maintenance and repair services
Conduct site visits and provide service estimates (training provided)
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to strategic growth
Represent Topnotch Property Services with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For -
1–3 years of experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively
Comfortable networking and reaching out to new prospects, cold calling
Familiarity with property maintenance, repairs, or facility services is a plus
Driven, coachable, and excited to be part of a growing startup
