Oscartek www.oscartek.com is a bay area based commercial custom refrigeration company that works closely with factories in Europe. Located in South San Francisco California.

We are looking for an organized, efficient sales support specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and assisting the sales department. The sales support specialist's responsibilities include tracking sales leads, coordinating and issuing quotes, providing customer service, and managing customer accounts. To be a successful sales support specialist, you should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills

Sales Support Specialist Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent.

A bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, business, or a related field may be advantageous.

Experience in administration and high-volume office work may be advantageous.

Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.

Excellent team working, motivational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus.

Computer literacy, IT skills, and typing skills.

An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

Working at Company office location

Added Skills:

Food service industry experience, preferably from another manufacturer.

Working knowledge of AQ.

Proficient in MS Office.

Working knowledge of website development update website including, but not limited to Add/delete features- Search engine optimization.

Search function on website.

Interactive Sales and Service map.

Consultant portal.

Dealer portal for order status.

Rep portal.

Customer service skills.

Knowledge in AutoCAD.

Facilitate logistics of sales business meetings, calendar management, and preparation of presentation and event activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year + commission + Benefits:
