Role
We are seeking a self driven individual to be a public face of our brands and forge lasting bonds with retail dispensary accounts throughout Northern California with a focus on San Jose, San Francisco, East Bay and other surrounding areas.
This person will identify opportunities, open new accounts and grow existing ones. This is not a desk job. Success requires boots-on-the-ground grit and digital customer service chops.
Responsibilities
Expand territories by opening new retail accounts
Identify buying patterns across your territory and build growth with existing accounts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with account contacts
Manage accounts and orders through a proprietary CRM system
Regularly communicate with multiple department heads across the company to ensure seamless execution in delivering your accounts what they need.
Provide gold standard customer service at all times.
Provide insight and intelligence on market trends and opportunities to the department.
Travel up to 80% of the time. Routine in-person visits to partnered dispensaries are a must.
Qualifications
3+ Years of Customer Service, Sales and experience in the cannabis industry preferred.
Must be able to self motivate and work independently.
Honest, trustworthy and accountable.
Well organized and detail oriented- this is a deal breaker.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be 21 years of age
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Salary is DOE
