We are seeking an energetic retail associate to join our small team! Duties include retail sales, advising customers on plant selection and care, entering and maintaining inventory, restocking shelves, visual merchandising, and caring for the large variety of plants and cacti in our shop. The right candidate will be self-motivated, confident when working independently, great with people, and able to lift at least 50 lbs.
The shop is fairly fast-paced, especially on weekends, and associates are expected to balance helping customers with managing the plants and shop on their own. House plant and/or retail experience preferred, 25-30 hours per week.
