We’re seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Executive with a hunter mentality to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping drive revenue growth. You’ll work closely with senior sales consultants and cross-functional teams to research prospects, qualify leads, and develop personalized outreach strategies.

General Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and networking.
Serve as a consultative marketing advisor to clients, recommending integrated media solutions that deliver ROI.
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts, building long-term relationships and upselling as appropriate.
Work closely with internal teams to develop creative, effective campaigns across multiple platforms.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and CRM records.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in advertising, media sales, or marketing is preferred.
Proven ability to close new business and grow client revenue over time.
Deep understanding of the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and retention.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as programmatic, email, SEM/SEO, and social media is a plus.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; experience with tools like Marketron or Rumple is a bonus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
Compensation and Benefits:
Base Salary: $40,000 annually
Commission Plan:
o 12% commission on revenue from new business sourced or closed
o 6% commission on revenue from existing business maintained or expanded
