We are a small, local IT company providing tech service to the greater SF bay area. We are looking for a Sales Rep to help qualify leads, make outbound B2B phone calls, and book sales appointments.
This is a fully remote position that you could do in your spare time to make some extra cash for up to 40-hours per week. You will be expected to provide your own computer and use your home office to work, but we will provide you with a company soft-phone, email address, and other software needed for the position. We will do our very best to provide you with as much training and skills on how to pitch our services. You should have decent Internet speed and a quiet home office to work.
Metrics of success are based on number of booked appointments per week per month. In service based sales, the quality of the lead and the building of the relationship with the prospect are much more important than call volume.
Compensation:
$16 an hour with opportunity for overtime and commission bonuses. If you book an appointment and that client signs a service contract, you will receive a one-time bonus based on the amount of revenue it brings in. For reference, a 30-employee business would get you on average a $5000 bonus before tax.
