Voodoo Lab, a leading manufacturer of professional electronics for guitar players, is seeking a well-organized self-starter to fill an Inside Sales/Admin position. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, exceptional attention to detail, and be comfortable making outbound phone calls to our authorized dealer network.
Duties/Tasks
Maintain communications and relationships with authorized dealers
Processing dealer and direct consumer orders
Customer database management and other clerical/administrative tasks
Making outgoing sales/customer service phone calls to existing dealers
Pursuing new business with retailers who are not currently offering our products
Qualifications
Computer application skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office, and email.
Excellent English language verbal and written communication skills
Works well with other departments to achieve sales and customer service objectives
Aptitude for problem-solving
Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing demands
Interest in guitar electronics a plus
